The adventure park is located in front of the park of Villa Demidoff, in woods of Garena. You can access it from the large parking area at the entrance to Villa Demidoff at Pratolino (Fi).
Yes, there are snack and drink distributors. We recommend bananas and nuts to keep your energy up, but there are also nearby restaurants and a bar where you can find sandwiches and more.
No, it isn’t necessary to make reservations. However, during the weekends the park is busy and we recommend that you visit in the morning. Reservations can only be made for groups of at least 10 people. Always book ahead for groups.
You can sign onto the waiting list till your turn comes up or come back another day.
Yes, with a normal physical condition it is possible for all ages to have fun on the various ropes courses. The Black and Red courses require good physical condition. It’s necessary to be in good health and without heart problems.
It’s recommended to arrive at the park at least 45 minutes before closing time.
Yes, they must be accompanied by a responsible adult who has signed the registration form. The form can also be downloaded on the website. A Minor should be followed from the ground by the responsible adult, who has participated in the ropes course briefing and who can control that the safety rules are properly followed. The ropes courses have some accessibility limitations for children.
Accessible ropes courses: • The yellow ropes courses (Butterfly) are accessible to children from 3 – 7 years old with an adult who actively supports them from the ground, each adult may take up to two children. • The green ropes courses (Ladybug, Cricket and Edible dormouse) are accessible to children of at least 100 (Edible dormouse) and 120 cm (Ladybug, Cricket). If the child is under 8 years old, he/she must be accompanied by a responsible adult on the ropes course. Underage over 8 years old, the adult can remain on the ground. •  The blue ropes courses (Squirrel and Bat) are accessible to children of at least 130 cm height. If the child is under 10 years old, he/she must be accompanied by an adult on the ropes course. Underage over 10 years old, the adult can remain on the ground. •  The red ropes course (Gecko) height limit is at least 130 cm. If the child is under 12 years old, he/she must be accompanied by a responsible adult on the ropes course. Underage over 12 years old, the adult can remain on the ground. •  The black ropes course (Monkey) is open to all participants taller than 130 cm. Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult on the ropes course.
Underage over 14 years old and above 130 cm height, can access all the ropes courses followed by an adult from the ground.
In this case the only limit is height. A responsible adult can accompany at least two minors at the same time on a ropes course.  Accessibility also depends on the ease of fellow participants.
The time taken to complete all the courses depends on the ease of the participant and how many participants are using the same ropes course. On average calculate 2 hours to make 3 or 4 ropes courses.
The participants move through the forest, platform to platform, with a safety harness and security cable under their own responsibility. For this reason it’s important that participants and responsible adults strive to respect the safety rules inside the adventure park.
Simple athletic clothing is sufficient. We don’t accept open toe shoes like sandals or flip flops, etc…We recommend running, trekking or similar sport shoes.
No, the adventure park doesn’t offer the possibility to leave your personal items in custody. The adventure park assumes no liability for the loss of personal items.
Yes, but pets must be kept on a leash.
In case of light rain the park remains open. For thunderstorms (because of the risk of electric shock) or strong winds, the adventure park is immediately closed. If in doubt please contact us in order to ensure that the adventure park is open.
